We are an eclectic group of passionate, fun people and we’re looking to grow our team!

But before we go into all that, why don't I tell you why you want to pick us over every other cafe out there that is also hiring. What separates us from them? First off, we aren't so massive that you get lost in the shuffle. We are a small locally owned company that cares deeply for their staff and their lives. We strive to support all our team members in many ways. While we are small, we aren't too small that we can't offer benefits and competitive salaries.

We are a fun, quirky group. Vacation? Check. We got that. Paid time off? Check. Fun, respectful career-driven coworkers? Check, we got that. The ability for upward mobility and opportunity to grow within the company? Check. But don't get us wrong. We haven't created this utopian society where we don't have any challenges. We're not going to lie to you. We aren't perfect. We make mistakes. We have challenges and opportunities to get better for sure. But we need help. We need your help!
